That it became the name Grano is no coincidence. If you remove the dots on Granö, which is the place where we grew up outside Umeå, you get the Italian word for wheat. How fitting is that when we love to bake irresistible pizzas?
Grano is run by us, Christoffer and Thomas Sjögren, two brothers from Norrland. With us we also have Oscar Gyllström and Thommy Backner who at the same time run Skärets Krog och Café and Grano at Smögen, Hällsnäs Hotel and restaurant in Mölnlycke and Stora Hotellet and Grano in Fjällbacka.
