Once upon a time a long distance truck driver from Strängnäs was driving through Norrland. In a hot dog stand in Granö he met Ruth – the love of his life.

Long story short – no one at Mimas hot dog stand that warm summer evening in 1988 would have imagined that this meeting would one day result in two brothers from Granö opening a corner restaurant in the heart of Gothenburg.
